On Sunday 27 May I will be running all 26.2 miles of the Edinburgh Marathon - the first (and possibly last!) time I will be running a distance anything like this. I've already got my place so this isn't about raising enough money so I can run. Instead, I thought it would be a slightly different way to support a charity that, literally, begins at home here in Newcastle.
If you'd like to make a donation via this page then anything you can give will be much appreciated. Or alternatively, you might want to raid your kitchen cupboards and dig out any tins, jars or packets of food that you can spare to give to the foodbank. Other items can include toiletries, dried food, longlife products and snacks.
If you do want to donate food, just drop me a message on Facebook and I can arrange to collect it from you at some point.
Thanks - please make this ridiculously-long run worth it!
