So, for not much reason at all I decided that I would try and do 30 different sports during the 30 days of September. As I started the challenge which was only with myself, I've been so overwhelemed by the support of others. There were also curious looks and questions ‘is this for charity?’ It wasn't but through the suggestions of friends, fellow exercisers and class instructors I have come to realise…
So far I have roller skated a marathon, played badminton late at night, yoga'd , completed the great north run, swam, pole danced and early morning spin clss (urghhh).
I'd like to try and give some thing back as part of this challenge to a really great local charity.
